Mountain pass of Tancalaporta, between the municipalities of Bellver de Cerdanya, province of Lérida (=Lleida), and Gisclareny, province of Barcelona, Cadí mountains, Spain.
Paralectotypes: Museu de Ciències Naturals (Zoologia) de Barcelona, MZB 89–8569 (“Canal Baridana y coll de Tanca la Porta, sierra del Cadí”, 1 shell, ex Bofill coll.) + MZB 89–8579 (“coll de Tanca la Porta”, 11 shell, ex Bofill coll.).
